Party entertainment from
“With a voice from years gone by, but a repertoire that's up to the minute modern, Rosie Holman brings something special.
Born and raised in the Thames Delta in a family of musicians, Rosie lives and breathes the music of a bygone era, bringing a real authenticity to the soul and jazz music she sings. It's hard not to make comparisons to the likes of Billie, Ella and Amy, yet she remains unique. Like the greats, Rosie's craft has been honed over many years, first in the pubs and clubs and then some of the UK's most well known venues.
Grab a whiskey, sit back and enjoy the genuine jazz article.”

Let’s celebrate you!
I believe everyone is worth celebrating. I believe it so much I literally put it on a postcard (It’s like a business card, but one you can stick on your fridge…) So, tell me, what are you celebrating?
Have you got a big birthday coming up and are looking for 50th birthday party entertainment? Maybe you’re looking for 60th birthday party ideas and are trying to decide between a sophisticated soiree or more of a boogie… I’m here to tell you, you can have both…
Maybe you are celebrating the love you share with a partner by throwing yourselves an anniversary party and are looking for the some family friendly live music for your house party!
Maybe you simply want to celebrate being alive and are planning a shindig in your back garden complete with free-running children, dogs, a bathtub full of beer and the kind of feeling that only a long summer nights filled with music and friends can bring.
How I helped previous clients celebrate…
“Rosie played a wide variety of music- everything I asked for too. She read the party beautifully and sang the right songs at the right time! She was amazing and very accommodating (as things were running late). She mixed with the guests and everyone loved her.”
“I am not sure where to start. Rosie and her boys were the most amazing and helpful band I have ever dealt with. We hired them for our wedding and from the outset, Rosie was extremely helpful and flexible. I had a special song request, which was a surprise for my husband and the Trio learnt the song, especially for us and their interpretation, was probably even better than original.
The sets guys have prepared for us were very well put, very sophisticated but at the same time fun and integrated with our wedding theme very well. Many of our guests were complimenting how fantastic the Trio is and Rosie’s voice is to die for.
I am sure I will contact Rosie again if I will ever have a need for a fun, easygoing and very professional band. I simply love them and would be the first in a queue to buy their album if they will ever decide to release one.
Many thanks guys for making our wedding super special.”
“Rosie and the boys played amazingly, couldn’t fault a single song. Wouldn’t change a thing.”
“Rosie has the most wonderful voice. Great range and really versatile. At the start, our guests didn’t realise she was singing live, such was the quality of her performance.
Rosie is a fantastic performer, her set was at the start of our event, and she set the tone for the rest of evening. The response from our guests was amazing. Rosie is a consummate professional. There were a few tech issues at the start of her set, however Rosie took it all in her stride and remained composed while our venue resolved them. Rosie was also very accommodating in terms of running her set a little later than planned, because of the delay, and was really helpful when I suggested a rather unusual end to her set! ”
Am I the gin for your tonic?
Musically speaking, I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s completely ok. If you’re more into Ed Sheeran than Ella Fitzgerald, if you prefer Katy Perry to Chaka Khan, chances are, you are not going to get the music of your dreams when you hire me… But if you love old school music with a modern twist, if you want distinctive vocals that will engage and delight your guests, if you’re looking for something different, something special, then I just might be the act for you.
My top priority, always, is to bring the joy! If I’m playing background music for your drinks reception, it’s the little moments of eye contact and understanding with guests. If I’m playing upbeat party music for your black tie event, it’s sharing a dance move or ten with the guests who are throwing shapes down at the front! Together, we’ll work out the vibe you’re after, the feel of the event, and make sure you get the music that fits perfectly - as well as the right size band, appropriate gear and of course, get the look on point! It’s all in the details!
